What is a Build-Ready Plan?
A build-ready plan provides you and your contractor a complete guide to building your home. This will include scaled floor plans and elevations, roof and cross section details, wall schedules and details, and window and door schedules. Not included in these plans are certain cosmetic details, as well as mechanical details, such as plumbing, heating, and electrical systems. These details will be addressed by your contractor during the building process. Alternatively, you may also schedule a consultation with us to include some of these details in your plan prior to handing it off to your contractor.
ORDER & REFUND POLICY
Please note that a refund may be given any time prior to receiving your build-ready plans. Once the order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm that you want the design exactly as shown on the website. If you are looking to make changes to the design, a consultation will be scheduled to determine the extent of the changes you are looking to make. These updates will be subject to a non-refundable $75/per hour design fee. Estimates as to the amount of time needed to complete these changes will be provided at the time of your consultation. Please note that these are only estimates, and may vary from the finalized cost due to the evolving nature of the design process.
Due to the digital nature of these documents, please note that refunds cannot be given once your finalized documents are sent and received.
